Last updated: May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Harry Peluso Creative ("Harry Peluso," "I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and handles information when you visit harrypelusocreative.com, interact with any forms on the site, or contact me directly. I am committed to handling your information responsibly and transparently.
By using this site you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. What Information I Collect
I collect two types of information:
Information you provide directly
When you submit an inquiry through the contact or intake form on this site, I collect:
— Your name
— Your email address
— Your company or organization name, if provided
— Project details and any other information you choose to include in your message
Information collected automatically
When you visit this site, certain information is collected automatically through analytics tools, including:
— Pages visited and time spent on each page
— General geographic location (country and city level — not precise location)
— Device type, browser, and operating system
— How you arrived at the site (direct link, search, social media, etc.)
— Scroll depth and click behavior, collected through session recording and heatmap tools
2. How I Use Your Information
Information collected through this site is used solely to:
— Respond to your inquiry and manage the project scoping process
— Schedule and conduct discovery calls
— Fulfill any agreed project work
— Understand how visitors use this site so I can improve it
I do not use your information for advertising, automated profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the above. I do not sell your data — ever.
3. Third-Party Tools & Data Processors
This site uses the following third-party tools that may process your data on my behalf:
Dubsado
Used for intake form collection, project management, and client communication. When you submit a form on this site, your information is transmitted to and stored in Dubsado. Dubsado's privacy policy is available at dubsado.com/privacy.
Google Analytics 4
Used to understand site traffic and visitor behavior. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data via cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using Google's opt-out browser add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Microsoft Clarity
Used to collect session recordings and heatmaps that show how visitors interact with the site. Clarity does not capture passwords, payment information, or other sensitive fields. Microsoft's privacy policy is available at privacy.microsoft.com.
All three tools are operated under data processing agreements that restrict how they handle your information. None of these tools are authorized to use your data for their own marketing or to share it with unaffiliated third parties.
4. Cookies
This site uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to support analytics and site functionality. Specifically:
— Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to track sessions and measure usage
— Microsoft Clarity sets cookies to support session recording and heatmap functionality
These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies. No data collected through cookies on this site is used for ad targeting or retargeting.
You can disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies will not affect your ability to use any part of this site — there are no paywalled features or login-required areas.
5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
— The right to know what personal information has been collected about you
— The right to request deletion of your personal information
— The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information — note that I do not sell personal information
— The right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of the above rights
To exercise any of these rights, contact me directly using the information in Section 8 below. I will respond to verified requests within 45 days.
6. Data Retention
Inquiry and contact form submissions are retained in Dubsado for as long as the client relationship is active or potentially active. If no project results from an inquiry, I will delete the submission from my records within 12 months of last contact.
Analytics data retained by Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity is subject to those platforms' own retention policies, which are configurable and set to the minimum practical period.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting me directly. I will confirm deletion within 30 days of a verified request.
7. Data Security
I take reasonable measures to protect the personal information I handle. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to project management and client data in Dubsado is password-protected and limited to me personally.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While I do my best to protect your information, I cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Contact & Data Requests
For any questions about this Privacy Policy, to request access to your data, or to request deletion of your information, contact me directly:
9. Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the site evolves or as legal requirements change. When I do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Material changes — such as a new third-party tool being added or a significant change in how data is used — will be noted clearly at the top of this page for 30 days following the update.
